How do I cancel my service?
We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your service. If there is anything else we can help you with, feel free to create a ticket. This can be done with: https://mijn.etheron.nl/submitticket.php
Go to the customer panel.
Click on Services.
Choose the service you want to cancel.
Click on Request Cancellation and enter a reason.
If this concerns a refund, we would like you to create a ticket. This way someone from our support department can help you further!
